I.Overview:
Scraper, also known as diameter gauge, is an important auxiliary tool in wire work. Running the scraper before running the downhole tool determines whether the downhole device can pass through the tubing and where in the tubing sits the joint. At the same time, the wax, rust and debris in the tubing can be scraped off together.
II.Technical Parameter:
The outer diameter of the scraper can be processed according to customer needs. Generally, the outer diameter of the scraper is slightly larger than the maximum outer diameter of the downhole tool. Standard specifications for connecting threads and fishing necks can be selected as required.

III.Structural features and use:
The upper part of the scraper is the connecting thread and the salvage neck, and the lower part is the working part of the scraper to scrape off wax, rust and debris. After quenching, this area has a high surface hardness, which can smoothly scrape off wax, rust and debris. There is a large chip hole in the middle of the scraper, which can smoothly remove the cuttings, so as to avoid the accumulation of cuttings and the like, which will make the tool unable to work normally.
When in use, the scraper is connected to the tool through the front end. When entering, once it encounters an obstacle, the jar will jar downward to scrape off the obstacle.
IV, matters needing attention:
Due to the high hardness of the front end of the scraper, it should be properly reported after use to avoid the front end of the scraper from colliding with hard objects, so as to prevent the front end from being damaged and affecting the use.
