I.Product Description
GS Pulling Tool designed to recover downhole tools through an internal fish neck. The tool can be jolted down to disengage, and can also be jolted up to disengage by installing the GU adapter. You are advised to use the GR Pulling tool when downward jolt cannot be performed before ejection. GS pulling tool includes an upper joint, an internal mandrel and a spring loaded fishing claw. Once the tool has reached the back of the inner neck, the pin can be clipped by a downward jolt, the spring load is released, and the claw returns to the retracted position. Large size GS pulling tools have a pin retainable ring that compresses the main spring and can then be securely fitted with shearable pins. After the pins are installed, the ring will be returned and secured before going down the well. The claws are available in different sizes and in line with industry standard male connections for use with the inner neck. GS pulling tools are available in different sizes with industry-standard male head connections for use with internal fishing necks.
II.GS Type Pulling Tool retrieving device is a tool for retrieving neck in casting and retrieving, which can be cut down and released. It is usually used to drop and retrieve lock cores, packers and bridge plugs with internal fishing necks. Connect the GU connector (upward shear connector), which can be converted into an upward shear release tool.
