Wireline Pressure Control Wireline Pulley
I. Introduction:
The Wireline Pulley is used to pull the steel wire or cable from the top of the nozzles to the plane of the steel wire or cable drum, so that the tension point of the steel wire or cable is moved from the vertex to the oil tree, thereby reducing the tension load on the side of the steel wire or cable and preventing the damage of the nozzles from being pulled and bent. The ground pulley can also be lifted to change the direction of the load on the wire or cable.

III. matters needing attention:
1. Before use, check the wear of the anti-jump shaft to ensure that the steel wire or cable (wire rope) does not jump out of the wheel groove;
2, when storing, it is strictly prohibited to hit the pulley with heavy objects, so as not to cause deformation;
3, the specification of the ground pulley should be selected according to the diameter of the steel wire or cable (wire rope), so as to avoid excessive bending of the steel wire or cable (wire rope) and fatigue damage;
4. When the ground pulley is used with the ground bracket, the steel wire can be prevented from being relaxed instantly and the pulley can be hit.
