Introduction

The wireline hay pulley is composed of standard parts such as pulley shaft, main board assembly, auxiliary board assembly, external anti-jump block, spring, positioning pin shaft, lifting block, internal anti-jump block, handle shaft, lifting ring, pulley, etc. The wireline hay pulley is used to pull the wire from the top of the blowout preventer pipe to the wire drum plane, moving the tension point of the wire from the top to the oil production tree, thereby reducing the wire or side tension load and preventing the blowout preventer pipe from being bent and damaged. The ground sheave can also be lifted to change the load direction of the wire.

Notes

1. Before use, check the wear of the anti-jump blocks on the main board assembly and the sub-board assembly to ensure that the steel wire does not jump out of the wheel grooves.
2. When storing, do not allow heavy objects to strike the pulley to avoid deformation.
3. The specification of the ground pulley should be selected based on the diameter of the steel wire to prevent excessive bending and fatigue damage to the steel wire.
4. When the ground pulley is used in conjunction with the landing support, it can prevent the pulley from being impacted due to the sudden slackening of the steel wire.
