The development of this project is conducive to the low-cost and high-efficiency development and production of shale gas in this block, which officially opens the prelude to the comprehensive development and production of shale gas in the middle and deep layers by the integrated system of trial production.
Shale gas is widely distributed in China, and shale gas testing and gas production equipment and technology directly affect the development and production benefits of shale gas. Beishi Company takes the promotion of high-level scientific and technological self-reliance as its own responsibility, focuses on the development and production needs of shale gas with low cost and high efficiency, and breaks the conventional mode of shale gas testing and gas production ground engineering in the face of the current situation that shale gas testing and gas production are built and operated separately in China. In 2022, the integrated test-production system completed the project construction in several shallow shale gas platforms in Haiba block of Zhejiang Oilfield and put it into operation. The technicians of Beishi Company intervened in advance in the fracturing stage of the platform, made clear the wellbore status of each well on the platform and the layout of the station, determined the optimal design parameters, integrated the design of skid-mounted equipment for each process, and completed all the factory prefabrication in advance, and implemented the system standard design contents of the station technology, automatic control system, communication remote transmission, electrical design, general layout, anti-corrosion and cathodic protection design, structural design, fire protection design and other aspects into the ground engineering design, and completed the integrated platform in 11 days at the shortest. According to the calculation, compared with the phased mode of conventional test gas production, the construction time of surface engineering is shortened by 50% and the personnel investment is reduced by 22%.
After large-scale market application, the system can greatly simplify the production equipment and process flow, shorten the construction period of shale gas field, realize the direct switch to the production mode of integration of testing and gas production after fracturing, reduce investment and production costs, and effectively help shale gas to develop with low cost and high quality.

In 2022, the integrated system of trial production developed by Beishi Company was applied in Zhejiang Oilfield. The system can meet the requirements of the working condition changes in different stages of shale gas production on equipment pressure level and processing capacity, and greatly reduce the investment of ground process equipment; It can be "plug and play" and has good self-adaptability, which greatly reduces the process investment of production replacement wells; The system is also equipped with refined, intelligent and batch remote control system and operation and maintenance management system, which realizes unattended and purposeful inspection of multi-platform and multi-well groups. In the practical application of multiple platforms in Haiba block, compared with the conventional phased mode of test gas production, the investment in surface engineering construction is reduced by 30%, the construction time is reduced by 50%, the workload of pressure vessel equipment maintenance and maintenance is reduced by more than 30%, and the personnel investment is also reduced, resulting in considerable economic benefits.
