III. how to use
1. After connecting the ground pulley to the tensile table (referred to), connect with the rope in the wellhead. According to the length of the winch roller position, the wire is as parallel to the roller plane (i.e., the wire angle of the steel wire from the top of the anti-spray tube is approximately 90 degrees; If the ground pulley is lifted, when the load direction of the wire or cable (wire rope) is changed, the pulley is pulled directly with the hook;
2, the handle on the hoisting block, the positioning pin is retracted, and the sub-plate is rotated, and the pulley groove on the pulley is exposed;
3, steel wire is loaded from the external anti-hopping block;
4, the sub-board is rotated in the clockwise direction, and then the positioning pin is returned to the original position.
IV., the replacement of the pulley bearing:
1. Unscrew the lock nut M20 on the sliding wheel axis with a wrench;
2, use the copper rod to play the pulley axis;
3, take out the pulley;
4, use the copper rod to strike the pulley, take out the deep groove ball bearings;
5, load new deep groove ball bearings;
6, then load the sub-plate assembly, motherboard assembly, wear the pulley axis;
7. Screw the lock nut M20 and adjust the bearing gap to appropriate.
V. Notes:
1. Before using, you should check the main board assembly, the wear of the anti-skid block on the sub-board assembly, ensuring that the wire does not jump out of the wheel slot;
2. When storing, the heavy object strike pulley is made to avoid deformation;
3, the ground pulley specification should be selected according to the diameter of the steel wire, so as not to excessively bending the wire and fatigue is damaged;
4, when the floor pulley is used in the landing bracket, it is possible to prevent the wire from instantly relaxing and the pulley is hit.
