I. Product brief description:
Anti-drop device, also known as the next catcher. It is a safety device to prevent the tool string from accidentally falling into the well when the tool string is lifted out. It is installed below the blowout prevention pipe and above the blowout prevention valve.

III. Working principle:
When working, the steel wire or cable passes through the slot in the middle of the fork of the anti-dropping device. When the tool string is lifted into the anti-dropping device, the shift fork is lifted into an upright position. After the tool string passes, the shift fork falls back to the horizontal position under the action of the torsion spring, and the tool string is blocked in the blowout prevention pipe. When the tool string goes down the well, the hand pump presses the hydraulic cylinder to make the handle rotate 90°; after the tool string passes, the hand pump releases the pressure, the piston rod returns to the hydraulic cylinder under the action of the spring, and the shift fork is under the action of the torsion spring Return to the horizontal position. You can also manually rotate the handle. After the tool string passes, put down the handle and the fork will automatically fall back to its original position.
IV, matters needing attention:
1. When the tool string goes down the well, observe that the external handle is up to 90°, and the fork is fully opened at this time, otherwise the tool will be obstructed when going down the well;
2. After the tool string enters the wellhead and completely passes through the fall arrester, the hand pump is used to relieve the pressure.
V, product test:
1. Sealing test:
(1). Install the pressure test connector and connect the pressure test pipeline;
(2). Start the pressure test pump for pressure test, hit the required test pressure, keep the pressure for 15 minutes, and fill in the test record card;
(3). Pay attention to check whether there is leakage outside the fork shaft.
2. Performance test:
(1). Connect the hand pump and pipeline to the quick connector;
(2). Squeeze the pump by hand, observe the handle and fork, the fork should be able to open completely;
(3). Relieve the pressure of the hand pump and observe whether the shift fork returns to the original position.
VI, daily maintenance:
1. Do product test every time before going to the well;
2. After each use,
(1). Check whether the o-ring is damaged and replace it in time;
(2). Check whether the manual fork is flexible;
3. When not in use temporarily, you should bring the protective wire for storage.
