Hydraulic Stuffing Box Wireline Pressure Control is a surface pressure control equipment using on slickline operation to seal off the wire, and the sealing of the wire according the rubber seal packing. The BOP plunger of the blowout system is usedfor the sealing of the downhole pressure after the wire break.The seal packing are both available with manualand hydraulic control methods.Hydraulic Stuffing Box Wireline Pressure Control is used to seal off around moving or stationary solid wireline while performing wireline work under well pressure. Connected to the top section of the Lubricators, to allow the wireline to be guided in its travel;internal packings which seal off pressure and provide lubricant to the wireline; packing nut to control the hydrauliccompression of the packing around wireline to minimize leakage; and a blow out plug at the lower section to providea seal should the wireline break and be blown out of the packing Hydraulic Stuffing Box Wireline Pressure Control consist of Sheave staff, body and control hydraulic cylinder. WP.3000psi ,5000psi.10000psi,15000psi.

Daily maintenance:

1. Replace the packing and BOP plug after each well;

2. The bearing should be checked and replaced if it has stuck or abnormal noise;
