Product Overview

The Mono-Conductor Arm Roller Centralizer is acompact, inline, and low-frictionroller centralizer designed tosupport and center logging toolsaccurately in vertical or deviatedwells. The arms are precisionengineered and mechanicallylinked to provide a constantradial force through the fulloperation range. Low frictiondouble rollers enable smoothtravel in and out of the well.

Structural characteristics

This arm Roller Centralizer consists of four roller arms mounted on a high-strength steel mandrel. Thereplaceable roller arms are easily field changeable.

Both ends are equipped with spring plunger contacts. The top is fitted with a double adapter to provide a GO style female

connection on the top and a GO style pin at the bottom.Adjustable collars allow size and tension adjustments to the roller arms.

The arm assembly floats on the mandrel between collars to minimize the closing forcerequired when re-enteringtubing or passing arestriction. The centralizercontains an electricalfeedthrough, allowing it to beplaced anywhere in thetool string.
