Structural Features
The continuous tubing hydraulic heavy-duty pulling tool comprises retrieval claws, outer cylinder, upper connector, main spring connection tube, connecting piston, core shaft, secondary spring, nozzle, O-ring, and other sealing components. The upper joint connects to the coiled tubing tool's lower section, while the inner hole's deep end features internal threads that connect to the mandrel, forming the fishing tool's load-bearing structure.
The outer barrel and grab mechanism serve as critical fishing components. The grab remains in a contracted position under spring tension. When the target tool enters the outer cylinder, the salvage claw moves upward, causing outward expansion to securely grasp the tool's salvage neck.
Application Method
- Attach the tools to the coiled tubing assembly and lower into the well
- Upon reaching the target position, grasp the stuck object and apply downward force to dislodge it
- Raise the coiled tubing assembly
- If retrieval proves impossible and the object becomes stuck, inject fluid into the coiled tubing at pressure not less than 1.6 MPa to retract retrieval claws, allowing gravity release of the stuck object

Operational Notes
Before well entry, verify sufficient internal pipe string space for retrieval claw deployment. If necessary, perform inner diameter expansion first.
After each operation, inspect O-rings for damage and replace promptly as needed.
