overview

The Lubricator is a tube with a quick connection and capable of withstanding high pressure. It is used to accommodate the entry and exit of downhole tools into the well under pressure. The lower part of the  Lubricator pipe is connected to the  Lubricator valve, and the upper part is connected to the stuffing box or the grease injection system. During Lubricator operations, multiple sections of  Lubricator can be combined according to the length of the downhole tools.

The  Lubricator  can accommodate basic wireline operation tool strings such as the crown block, weight Bar and link jar .

The Lubricator  can be divided into two types: the upper section and the lower section. 
The upper section Lubricator houses the basic tool string such as the rope rope socket ,weight bar , and Lubricator
The lower section  Lubricator needs to accommodate the downhole equipment. It has pressure relief holes on the tube , a pressure measurement connector is installed on it, and a pressure relief valve is attached afterwards, allowing the reading of the well pressure and pressure relief.

The Lubricator  is composed of a cylinder body, a quick union , etc. Among them: 
The cylinder body is the main pressure-bearing part. It contains the tool string inside and is the main body of the Lubricator . A sealing ring is installed at the union connection to ensure the sealing performance of the connection between the lubricator ; 

Any size can be customized according to customer requirements.

Pressure test

 lubricators shall periodically conduct stress tests, the test pressure shall be 1.5 times of working pressure. Install pressure test joint, and connect pressure test pipe; Start-up pressure test pump pressure test: will be pressure to test pressure, pressure maintenance 15 minutes, no leakage phenomenon, fill in test record card.
