Structural Characteristics and Usage
The guided gauge cutter tool consists of the body and the guiding head.
The upper part of the guiding scraper tool is the connecting thread and the fishing neck, while the lower part is the scraper tool. It is mainly used to scrape off wax, rust deposits, and rock debris from the oil pipe. This is the main functional part. After this area undergoes quenching treatment, the surface hardness is high, enabling it to smoothly and conveniently scrape off wax, rust deposits, and rock debris, etc. The middle part of the guiding scraper tool has a large chip-receiving hole, which can smoothly discharge rock debris and other substances to prevent the accumulation of such substances, thus ensuring the tool can work normally.
The guided gauge cutter tool is connected at the bottom of the tool string. When the guided gauge cutter tool descends to the position of the obstruction in the well, it is then vibrated downward by the impact device to scrape off the obstruction, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning the dirt on the oil pipe.

The guided gauge cutte tool is an important auxiliary tool in steel wire operations. Before lowering the downhole tools, the guided gauge cutte tool is lowered first. This allows for determining whether the downhole device can pass through the tubing and also determines the position of the joints in the tubing. At the same time, the wax, rust deposits, and some large rock debris in the tubing can be scraped off together.
The front end of the guided gauge cutte is relatively hard. After use, it should be properly stored to avoid any collision with hard objects at the front end, as this could affect its usability.
