Introduce

The Blowout Preventer (BOP), attached to the top of the tree, is the most important wellhead blowout preventer in wireline operations. It is used to seal the pressure inside the well, prevent pressure blowout, and provide a safety barrier for subsequent operations. Change the slip ram, can grip the tool-string for assembly.

Any size can be customized according to customer requirements.

Description

The Blowout Preventer consists of a Body , Ram , Slips, Slider, Stem, Limit Pin, Collar ,Cylinder ,Screw Cap, Guide Sleeve, Cylinder End Cap ,Valve Stem Nut , Indication Rod Valve Stem Handles, Equalizing Valve , Stop Block, Collar , Bottom Connector , etc.

The lower part of the Body is connected with the Bottom Connector ; The Body flanks are threaded to the Cylinder and collar . The above components of the blowout preventer are mainly pressure chamber. In the pressure chamber of the blowout preventer, the Ram Assembly is installed, and the Stem , Cylinder End Cap , Slider ,limit Pin and other components are jointly cooperated to realize the role of manual double-operation mode to seal off downhole pressure.

The slips are installed on the Ram Assembly . The Ram Assembly is controlled by the Cylinder control to move closer to the center, and the tool is clamped in the ram slips .

The manual control mechanism is composed of a Valve Stem Nut , and Valve Stem . When it is necessary to close the BOP, turn the Handles clockwise, and the Valve Stem can push the Stem to close the Ram Assembly; When it is necessary to open the BOP, turn the Handles counterclockwise, Open the ram with a hand pump.

The manual mode is not applicable for using the clamp in a manual grip manner. The manual clamping force is insufficient to ensure that the chuck can securely grip the tool string

Maintenance

1. After each maintenance, performance test should be done;

2. Regular strength test and sealing test.
