I.Product description
The spring jar is a tool used to provide upward jolting in heavy fishing operations. The tool works on the shift-flick principle, ensuring trouble-free operation with minimal maintenance.The tool consists of an upper joint, a jar cap, a jar rod, a jar cylinder, a spring cylinder, a clamp, a connecting cylinder, a force adjusting rod, a press sleeve, a disc spring rod, and a lower joint. When the jar is closed, the clasp grabs the lower part of the jar rod; When lifting the tool, the jar rod drives the claw to pull the disc spring rod to compress the reserve energy of the disc spring; When the jar rod runs for a period of travel, the jaw is separated from the jar rod, and the disc spring is released instantly to complete the jar effect.
II.operational approach
1. The lower end of the spring jar is usually connected to the tool that needs to be jolted upward. When the tool string is lowered to the predetermined position, stop lowering it. 2. Gently lift the tool string first, after treatment, control the lifting force according to the pre-adjusted size of the jarring force and control the lifting force at the basic fixed value. 3. Continue to lift the tool string at a constant speed until the wire suddenly loses tension and the jolt is complete. 4. If you do not complete the job the first time, lower the tool string to reset the spring jar (grip the lower part of the jar rod) and jar again.
