This complete Wireline Pressure Control Equipments is engineered for wireline and intervention operations, providing integrated well containment under harsh sour oilfield conditions. The system includes Wireline Blowout Preventer, lubricator , flanges, crossover ,fully assembled .

Key Features
1. EE Grade Sour Service Capability
Specially designed for hydrogen sulfide containing wells. Materials and heat treatment strictly follow NACE MR0175 to prevent sulfide stress cracking, suitable for high-risk acidic downhole environments.
2. 10000PSI High Pressure Rating
Robust monoblock and forged construction, pressure tested to guarantee integrity under 10000 PSI working pressure, applicable for medium and high pressure well sites.
3. 5” Large Internal Bore 5 inch clear internal ID allows smooth passage of logging tools, downhole instruments and wireline assemblies, reducing tool sticking risk during operations.
4. Modular Integrated Design
Complete set includes BOP, lubricator, flanges, adapters and accessories. Modular connection design enables fast rig-up and disassembly, convenient for transportation and maintenance.
5. Rigorous Factory Testing
Every unit undergoes hydrostatic pressure test and material inspection before delivery. Material test reports, heat treatment records and certification documents are available upon request.
