2.25 inch N-Test Tool Running Tools Wireline Tools Lock Mandrel
I.Overview
The N-Test Tool is used to pressure test the line above the threaded joint mounted in it. The tool is designed to maintain only the pressure from above, allowing a small amount of flow from below. This is the third type of plug, which maintains pressure from above.
Test tubing - It is usually tested immediately after tubing is run and before perforating. Set the hydraulic packer. .Protect the lower strata while stimulating the upper strata.

III.The N Test Tools Designed to fit the XN sub and seat under the packing hole to counter the stationary ring. Since the pressure can only come from above, all V-shaped fillers face up. Built-in check valve for easy balancing. This check valve has a rubber seal for low pressure seals, including high pressure metal-to-metal seats. Tests are usually performed with the "N" test tool after the string is removed from the well. However, if the pressure is tested, the wire and tool string should be connected above the "N" test tool.

IIIII.Precautions are as follows:
1. Pressure test the lubricator assembly immediately before running the "N" test tool. This is to ensure that there are no small leaks that could render the tubing pressure test ineffective.
2 Make sure the tubing is clean - Pressure test to "bend" the tubing and not deposit any scale and sand around the tool string.
3 If there is any doubt - remove the tool string during the test. After the test, slowly release the pressure while using the cable to set up the hydraulic system.
